Thanks for taking the time to mention our (PIG) PDFprinting service. In addition to printing our own PDFs as part of the service, we also do the same for those published by Deep7 as we are their official sales processor. We are also looking to expand the service to other affiliated publishers, and are currently developing a semi-automated system to do so. In addition, we have changed the options around - you can either get the PDFs bound with clear plastic covers, or left unbound in case you'd like to punch holes and insert them into a 3-ring binder, or simply bind them yourself.
